NATIONAL FAIR PRACTICES AND AFFIRMATIVE ACTION COORDINATOR
NATIONAL WOMEN'S ADVISORY COORDINATOR
Brothers and Sisters,
We are actively initiating the creation of an energetic system and communication arena not only to address the issues but also empower our 20,000 plus members. We ask that you engage these issues of bias and unfairness head on by becoming more visible, vigilant and vocal. In each of our Departments and Agencies, the Worker, and his/her rights, are the fabric that holds us and society together. Together we have the ability through education, collaboration and communication to protect the worker and ensure fairness is afforded to all employees. We ask, if you haven’t already done so, appoint and or elect a Local Fair Practice Affirmative Action Coordinator and Women Advisory Coordinator and forward that persons contact information to our Department. We applaud you for the work already done and cheer you on your continued commitment and dedication. Independently we are strong but collectively we are unstoppable…. Solidarity Forever!
Respectfully,
Geddes R. Scott NFPAAC
Sharon Savage NWAC

All of these items lead us collectively in the right direction to unilaterally address all forms and patterns of unfavorable treatment of our Brothers and Sisters. To make this a reality all are encouraged to provide input and be an active participant in the changing and protection of all employees’ rights and liberties.
